We collect or use the following information to provide services and goods, including delivery:
• Names and contact details
• Payment details (including card or bank information for transfers and direct debits).
• Website user information
• Teams meeting recordings purely for minute taking purposes. The recordings are then deleted.
• Written records of meetings and decisions

Our lawful base for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods is contract. We have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you.

How long we keep information
• We will only keep your personal data for as long as you are a Member of the Gambling Business Group.
• We retain financial records for 7 years to comply with relevant legislation.

Your right of access – You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal You can request other information such as details about where we get personal information from and who we share personal information with. There are some exemptions which means you may not receive all the information you ask for.

• You don’t usually need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. If you make a request, we have one calendar month to respond to you.

• Please note that under ICO rules, as a not-for-profit organisation, the GBG is exempt from paying the data protection fee.
