• Teams meeting recordings purely for minute taking purposes. The recordings are then deleted

• We will only keep your personal data for as long as you are a member of the Gambling Business Group.
• We retain financial records for 7 years to comply with relevant legislation.

• Please note that under ICO rules, as a not-for-profit organisation, the GBG is exempt from paying the data protection fee.
